BRIAN DUNHAM, MD
Founder, Stream Studios - Pediatric ENT Surgeon
Dr. Dunham majored in art at Dartmouth College. While studying medicine at Stanford, he explored both medical illustration and surgery. He was fortunate to do his otolaryngology residency at Johns Hopkins, where he was able to study with the Art as Applied to Medicine Department. He graduated from Johns Hopkins in 2005 with advanced surgical training in otology/neurotology and then completed a pediatric otolaryngology fellowship at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP).
During his second year of pediatric fellowship, he returned to Hopkins to further study medical illustration. He is currently an attending physician at CHOP, a professional member of the Association of Medical Illustrators, and an adjunct faculty in the Department of Art as Applied to Medicine at Johns Hopkins. With the generous support of his division at CHOP, he and Eo founded the studio in 2013. He serves as its director and oversees its academic mission.
